The Justice Department has settled a case under the Americans With Disabilities Act with two intercity bus companies, Megabus USA and Megabus Northeast, forcing them to pay more than $70,000 in damages.

The 11 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony will mark the official unveiling of the new Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant platform with twin, glass-and-marble elevators and a refurbished, 94-year-old station house that had been shuttered since 1979.
