Four Arizona cities rank in top 10 on livability for people with disabilities

A new Wallethub report on the most livable cities in the U.S. for people with disabilities lists four Arizona cities– Peoria, Scottsdale, Chandler and Gilbert– in its top ten. The four cities ranked at 2, 3, 5 and 7  on the list respectively. The rankings were based on 23 different measures ranging from lowest cost of in-home services to walkability to number of physicians per capita. Read more
